We highly recommend a class 3 or class 4 Impact resistant shingle to avoid costly re-roofing due to minor hail storms and save 15-20% on homeowner's insurance. We only use superior adhesive shingles that can withstand 130 MPH winds.

    We do minor leak repairs to major repairs for very reasonable rates. Our goal is not to profit greatly from repairs, but to establish a relationship with owners. Sometimes, the homeowner is not able to afford a new roof. In these cases we do the best we can to prolong the life of the roof until the owner can afford to re-roof, or we can help get credit for them. We do emergency repairs and are on call 24/7 for such emergencies.

John remained flexible and committed to excellence. He got his crews in on short notice to replace the roofs on the house and two external structures, and even replaced the supports of one structure to ensure it was safe for his crew and my family. Upon completion, they installed new guttering to match the roof. I saw John several times throughout the job ensuring everything was done correctly.
